Learning objectives
The primary goal is to provide social work students with a series of legal-cultural concepts and hermeneutic methods used to deal with practical issues that may arise in a professional context, through a legal-cultural approach suitable to the increasingly multi-ethnic and diversified client base of social services.
Prerequisites
<br />Course requirements involve familiarity with basic concepts in private and public law.
Course unit content
<br />Following presentation of the basic principles that govern religious aspects of Italian constitutional law, the course will examine the question of bioethics and related legal issues from a multi-cultural standpoint.
