Learning objectives
The student is expected to acquire the fundamental elements of the pathophysiology of sensory and motor alterations and on the treatment of forms of strabismus including the paralytic forms.

<br /><br />General details on oculomotor imbalance.<br /> Heterophoria: pathophysiology. Esophorias and exophorias.<br /> Intermittent deviations and heterophoria dysfunction.<br /> Heterotropias: pathophysiology. General details on the main types of heterotropia: esotropias, exotropias, vertical strabismus and alphabet syndromes. <br /> Nystagmus (physiological nystagmus, pathological nystagmus).<br /> Paralytic strabismus.<br />
