Acquire the basic knowledge needed to be able to provide nursing care to pregnant women, during birth, puerperium and nursing. Learn how to identify and implement health education initiatives in the obstetrics/gynecology sphere. Students are expected to be able to be able to provide nursing care during the main obstetric-surgical operations particular to gynecology with special <br />

emphasis on pre-and postoperative care.

2.Obstetric and gynaecological examination <br />

3.Main diagnostic investigations in order to assess the conditions of the mother and the foetus <br />

4.Pre- and postoperative care to the woman <br />

5. Main assistance interventions during physiological birth in its various presentations and during Cesarean section and assisted birth <br />
<br />
6.Re-education and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor <br />
<br />
7.Health education to women on obstetrics and gynecology (WHO recommendations, contraception, pap-test, colposcopy,) <br />
