Learning objectives
The organisational independence recognized by health services provides freedom to select organisational techniques based on the enhancement of individual skills and of available resources, in order to improve the quality of the services offered, and increase efficiency. The course focuses on tools for organisational analysis at a level of both macrostructure (organisational framework) and microstructure (roles and responsibilities).
