The aim of the course is to give an introduction to the main problems and methodologies in the field of theoretical philosophy.

Theoretical philosophy: Knowledge and justification<br />
<br />
According to the traditional definition, knowledge is true, justified belief. In the first part of the course we will discuss various positions regarding the source of knowledge and the nature of justification. In the second part we will focus on the role of experience as foundation of knowledge in empiricism.
