Learning objectives

The course is focused on multinational corporate finance. Students will understand international finance from both corporate and international banking viewpoints, as well as financial constraints on international business and differences between domestic and international environments. They will examine the international monetary system, measurement and management of foreign-exchange and interest rate risk exposure, international financial markets and banking, import/export financing, and multinational capital budgeting.

Basic knowledge on corporate finance and the economics of financial intermediaries and markets
