Learning objectives
Students should acquire a working knowledge of physical applications of the theory of groups, both finite and continuos, with an eye to applications to
the classification of spectral levels and particle multiplets.
Prerequisites
Standard introductory courses in Quantum Mechanics and
Mathematical Methods for physics
Course unit content
