Learning objectives
The course is designed to give students the fundamental notions on the general part of criminal law, both with the intent to build the bases for a further study of the subject within the biennium, and in order to prepare the student to the job experience. <br />
Course unit content
The course programme presents as its main objective the topics of the general part of criminal law, with particular attention to the chapters regarding the “criminal law” and the “theory of crime”. Moreover, with the purpose to underline the different consequences “in action” of the numerous theories and statements of the general part, the programme also includes some case law. <br />

Teaching methods
Oral classes/lectures on the related topics and theoretical-practical seminars. <br />
Exams are held in the form of oral interviews before a panel in order to verify the knowledge attained. <br />
