Learning objectives
GOALS: <br />
The Principles of Public Law course focuses on the aims orignally characterising this subject, to lay the bases for subsequent study of other Public Law subjects. The selection of the course contents therefore aims to offer students a range of transversal concepts to complete and update their studies. It principally aims to define the concepts, logical structures, models of reasoning and debate that offer the student to autonomously research the subject <br />
