<br /> Tecnical theory and didactics of group motor activities<br /> <br />Pathophysiologyof endocrine glands and physical exercise. Neuropeptides and physicalexercise. Effects of physical exercise on systemic diseases.Indications and contraindications of physical activity in the elderly.Temperature and physical activity and salt and water metabolism.<br /><br />Movement tests. Orienteering. Team sports. Basketball. Conditioning abilities and training methods. Volleyball. <br /><br />Agingas a biological and sociological ‘phenomenon’. Musculo-skeletal andnervous system aging. Outline of the main disabilitating pathologies ofthe elderly. <br /><br />Specific equipment of gymnastics, safety and socalled ‘facilitating’ equipment.
