<br /> Tecnical theory and didactics of group motor activities<br /><br /> <br />Pathophysiologyofendocrine glands and physical exercise. Neuropeptides andphysicalexercise. Effects of physical exercise on systemicdiseases.Indications and contraindications of physical activity in theelderly.Temperature and physical activity and salt and water metabolism.<br /><br />Movement tests. Orienteering. Team sports. Basketball. Conditioning abilities and training methods. Volleyball. <br /><br />Agingasa biological and sociological ‘phenomenon’. Musculo-skeletal andnervoussystem aging.
