Course unit content

Planning and experimental design. Sampling : sample size estimation; simple random sampling ; systematic sampling ; stratified sampling ; cluster sampling. Selection bias and nonresponse. Categorical data analysis in complex surveys. Questionnaire design. Overview of SPSS and R statistical packages.
