Learning objectives
The course will introduce students to the concept of judicial interpretation in law.
Prerequisites
In order to take the exam in Roman Law, students must have passed the following exams: Private Law Institutions and Roman Law Institutions.

Teaching methods
Oral exam to test the knowledge gained by students of the subject under study. For attending students results achieved during the course of the year in relation to their discussion of the topics covered will be taken into consideration.
