Learning objectives

The course aims to provide for a complete and up-to-date knowledge of labour law and, indeed, both employment relationship regulation and trade unions law.

The course concerns the whole labour law (private and public), both about employment contract and trade unions law, with a specific attention to new legislative provisions, concerning, for instance, labour market, working time and civil service.
