Inventory Control (Demand Management-The Economic Order Quantity Model – Periodic Order Quantity – Dynamic Lot Sizing) <br />
Progettazione di magazzini (aree funzionali, ricevimento merci, progettazione, parametri di prestazione) <br />
Sistemi distributivi (il canale logistico, canali distributivi coordinati e non coordinati; effetto bullwhip nella catena distributiva: quantificazione, riduzione ed eliminazione dell’effetto bullwhip; strategie distributive; distribuzione tradizionale: risk pooling, distribuzione diretta, cross-docking, transshipment, sistemi logistici push e pull, gestione di un canale pull, il principio del postponement, terziarizzazione della distribuzione 3pl, ECR (Efficient Consumer Response)). <br />
Food traceability (application of food traceability, traceability systems, law for food traceability-framework for traceability implementations, barcode and RFID technologies for food traceability-EAN.UCC standards) <br />
