Learning advanced skills in phonetics and semantics, with the objective of the historical-etymological reconstruction of words in the Italian culinary vocabulary.
Prerequisites
At least 10 credits attained in this branch of study.

<br />Course title: Principles of phonetics and semantics applied to etymological research on dialect and regional Italian lexicon. <br />

On the basis of the lexicon studied during the undergraduate course Italian Linguistics on Language and cuisine at the Farnese court, the course will exam problems and methods of historical-etymological reconstruction.
