Learning objectives

<br />The course aims to select the main concentration conditions and to study the models to know and to control the complexity of the entities, outlining how with a strategy based on knowledge it is possible to get the economic value. The fiscal policies are another focus of the course for the reason that they have the possibility to affect the concentration process.

<br />The globalization of the market imply a concentration of the enterprises with the applications of new competitive strategies.The concentration control, the analysis of accurate accounting policies and of the environment complexity are the focal points to obtain the present satisfaction of the stakeholders.
