Learning objectives

<br />
The course has been designed to develop the following skills:<br />
1. comprehension of the stated meaning of the concepts covered;<br />
2. comprehension of the circumscribed meaning of the questions;<br />
3. ability to answer appropriately using correct philosophical vocabulary;<br />
4. comprehension of meaning of the text; ability to analyse and synthesise;<br />
5. ability to follow the type of philosophical argumentation utilised;<br />
6. ability to establish links and connections between the various works presented;<br />
7. ability to place issues in a historical-philosophical context.<br />
 

Prerequisites

Knowledge of History of Philosophy of the Twentieth-Century, if possible.

1. The Pre-eminence of the Langage in philosophical Culture of the Twentieth-Century:</p>
<p align="justify">1.1:Historical Antecedents in the Philisophy of the Nineteenth-Century: Schleiermacher, Dilthey, Nietzsche.</p>
<p align="justify">1.2: Linguist Turn and the Analityc Philosophy.</p>
<p align="justify">2. Sens, Meaning, Reference: an Introduction to the clarification of these concepts.</p>
<p align="justify">3. Understanding and Interpretation: Nietzsche, Heidegger, Gadamer, Ricoeur. </p>
