Learning objectives
Financial activity involves ethical risks and peculiarities. The course aims to provide an overview of the reflections made on the subject of the ethical behaviour of the banker and the stock broker. The behaviour of those working in finance is more likely to stray from a morally acceptable criterion of behaviour than that of people working in other sectors. The issue is somewhat complex considering the many existing ethical points of view and the complexity of the financial tools and institutional solutions adopted.
