Learning objectives

<br /><br />To learn the basic concepts onsustainable management of the physic environment, in respect to variousquestions of the environmental geology. in particolar caused by georesources utilization.  Analysis of thegeosites as elements of the environmental improvement and development inside territorial planning.

<br /> Introduction: concept di sustainibility applied to problems of the environmentalgeology. <br />Energy and georesources: generality, types of georesources (norenewables / renewables ), characteristics, availability, future reserves, ecc.<br />Geologic landscape: general concepts and methods forgeosites selection. Geotouring: cultural and economic environmentalpromotion.<br />Conseguences of the quarry activity: inherentlegislation, local impact assessement, relationship with water tables.Abandoned quarries and methodologies of recovered.<br />Human impact on e the environment: generalità,waste  types, inherent legislation,waste disposal, waste and pollution,. Some example of environmental recovered.
