Learning objectives
We plan to provide students with skills that can be used both in
public administrations and enterprises both in
of associations and non-union.
Course unit content
The labor law's course will have like a foundamental object the
study of the employment relationship in particular with regard to subordinate work.The subject will be addressed in two ways: by
union point of view, through a consideration of collective bargaining and
forms of industrial action and in terms of individual relationship working through the study of the birth, the course and
extinction of the employment contract.
