Learning objectives

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the main characteristics of enterprises which organise and distribute tourism-based products, to help them to reflect upon the main aspects involved in their management, to grasp the relations that exist between tourism-based enterprises and to bring out the main problems that need to be faced in order to improve the quality of the services provided. <br />
The aim is to develop students’ capacity to understand the tourism product/service and basic notions of management as they apply to enterprises in the field. <br />
