Learning objectives
<br />
The introductory course is aimed at clarifying the evolution of competitive mechanisms between companies and analyzes the different dimensions of competition. The second section of the course focuses on the patterns of management, in particular, deals with mass production, Total quality management, Toyota lean production and business process reengineering. The last part is devoted to the specific models of management of small and medium-sized businesses and service companies.
