Course unit content

The purpose of this activity is to visit a company in the food sector.
Visits will be organized in Parma and surrounding areas in both the first and second semesters.

Assessment methods and criteria

Each participant in the visit must upload a maximum 3-page report on the visit (date, place, company description, etc.) following the directions on Elly, including photos if authorized.
The report should be submitted no later than one week after the visit.
The activity will be recorded as IDONEITY (no vote) following the achievement of a positive judgment.

Other information

Information about dates and other arrangements will be disseminated on the Degree Program website and on ELLY at the end of October.
Each student can participate in only one visit.
Participants may be asked for an economic contribution
