the course has been designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of Italian literature from the standpoint of the publishing system that conditions it.

Prerequisites

it is recommended that students have an adequate basis in contemporary Italian literature as provided in the undergraduate degree

<br />Course title: Editors, writers, the public. Literature and publishing in 20th century Italy.<br /> <br />The editor as protagonist: Mondadori, Rizzoli, Bompiani, Einaudi. The editor as a man of letters: Longanesi, Vittorini, Calvino, Sereni. Working strategies and the market, reading and non-reading.<br />
