<br />The lectures will include examination of and comment on provisions regarding:-Food offences and crimes; control bodies, sampling, analysis revision; White Paper and EC Regulation no. 178/2002; the 2004 EC "hygiene package"; foods containing GMOs; by-products of animal origin; special foods and infant foods; organic produce.
