Learning objectives

The teaching allows students to have a theoretical framework of reference for the pedagogy of differences, with particular attention to the deconstruction of stereotypes and false myths and the study of the cultural and methodological assumptions necessary for a meaningful approach to otherness and valorisation of the differences.

Course unit content

The course addresses the issue of differences, in the perspective of inclusion, from the point of view of pedagogy together with educational sciences. Pedagogy offers a critical point of view and promotes reflection on the issues of difference and differences as themes characterizing the current debate.
The pedagogy of differences is at the same time education about differences as it accompanies the deconstruction of stereotypes and training in listening and meeting.
