Course unit content

The Course provides the knowledge and ability to understand the regulation of legal subjects, and the instruments of protection established by law towards the weak person. Particular attention will be dedicated to “amministrazione di sostegno”.
The Course also provides the skills to deal with the legal issues related to the matters considered, especially in light of recent case law.

Teaching methods

Didactic activities will be conducted through oral frontal lessons, for a duration of 30 hours.
During the lessons, focusing, on the one hand, on the deepening of some people law institutions, the dialogue with the classroom will be privileged.

Assessment methods and criteria

The final evaluation takes the form of an oral exam with at least three questions, with reference to the suggested texts and the parts
