Learning objectives
This module, articulated in two class of three hours each, is devoted to explain EU legislative and non-legislative actions in order to regulate artificial intelligence and to guarantee legal certainty to digital platforms' operators.
Prerequisites
It is higly recommended to have passed the exam of European Union Law.
Course unit content
This teaching's contents delves into the relationships between two elements: a) the proposal for a regulation laying down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence; b) digital platforms.
