Learning objectives
The course aims to provide the student with adequate knowledge about the mandatory and voluntary aspects of food labeling, with a view to enhancing the supply chains (I and II Dublin descriptors) The student, once completed the training course, will have the necessary elements to understand, interact actively and independently develop the various management schemes illustrated. (III, IV and V Dublin descriptors)

The concept of supply chain and quality between management and communication; food product labeling: framework legislation and application aspects in the individual supply chains; traceability of the supply chain; certification between obligations and opportunities;
