Learning objectives

The course aims to provide the student with adequate knowledge about the mandatory and voluntary aspects of food labeling, with a view to enhancing the supply chains (I and II Dublin descriptors) The student, once completed the training course, will have the necessary elements to understand, interact actively and independently develop the various management schemes illustrated. (III, IV and V Dublin descriptors)
