Course unit content

The program includes the following items:
a) observation of the patient addressing the emergency area.
b) organisation of triage and of the different sections of the Emergency Department
c) Clinical evalution of the patient focusing on the ability to measure vital parameters oximetry, blood gas analysis, consciousness level, respiratory and circulatory performance.
d) venipuncture.
e) execution of the electrocardiogram (EKG).
