Course unit content
The firt classes of the course are general topics such as the sources of law, criminal law general part with reference to institutions such as the objective and subjective element of the crime and the causal link.
The second part of the course 'revolt to deal with the crime of unauthorized practice of the profession and the relevant case law.
The third part of the course covers the professional profile of a degree in physical education, sport and health, with particular attention to the legal aspects and the job opportunities.

Teaching methods
The course will be held trough lectures to Students either in the classroom ("in presenza") or in synchronous-streaming ("in telepresenza") on the Teams Platform. Therefore, the opportunity of Student/Teacher interaction will be preserved both face to face and remotely, by the simultaneous use of the Teams Platform.
Lectures will be supported by slide presentations, which will be available to students on the Elly Platform (https://elly.medicina.unipr.it)
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral examination.
In case of the peristence of the health Emergency, the exams will be conducted remotely, as follows:
