Learning objectives
The preparation of the final seminar will enable the student to gain exposure and communication skills as well as to acquire the main methods of presenting data and scientific results after their elaboration.
Course unit content
The final exam consists into the presentation to the Graduate Commission of a seminar on the results of the research, it lasts approx. 20 minutes.
Assessment methods and criteria
The Graduate Commission formulates its judgment taking into account the entire student's study path, assessing its cultural maturity and personal intellectual processing capacity as well as the quality of the work carried out in the final exam.
The graduation marks are calculated from the weighted average of the marks gained in all exams that have received a rating in thirty-base, including the student choice lessons. The weight of each vote is the number of credits in the course to which it refers. The Graduate Commission, evaluating the candidate's curriculum and the outcome of the final exam, may add up to seven points to the resulting grade.
