Learning objectives

In the introductory lecture will be given an overview of the clinical care issues in the obstetrics and gynecology field

Following classes will aim at
Informing the problems of the birth path as a path that integrates hospital and territory, give information on the evolution of labor and birth assistance in emergency conditions
give information on the main causes of cesarean section and the implications arising therefrom
give information on the major pregnancy diseases


give the basic knowledge for the understanding female genitalia’s anatomy in relation to gynecological diseases
posses basic knowledge of the main oncological diseases of women
giving information with regard to surgical paths in gynecological pathology
give information on the leading cause of gynecological and obstetric hemorrhage

knowledge of the type of gynecological tumors

assistance to vaginal delivery

surgical assistance to gynecological pathology and caesarean section
