(SSD BIO/09) 4 CFU <br />( Donatella Stilli)<br /><br /><br />-Hemodynamicmeasurementsfrom anaesthetized animals: arterial bloodpressure,leftventricular  systolic andend-diastolicpressures anestetizzato,  max dP/dt e min dP/dT<br /><br />-  Processing and statistical treatment of hemodynamic data.<br /><br />- Surgery on small animals: chronic implant of miniaturized transmitters for telemetry ECG recordings, in the rat. <br /><br />- Telemetry ECG recording and processing<br />- Enzymatic isolation of cardiomyocytes from rat hearts. <br />- Measurements of cellular electrophysiological properties in isolated cardiomyocytes by the patch-clamp technique. <br /><br />- Morphometrical analysis of the myocardial ventricular  tissue, from normal or pathological rat hearts.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /><br /><br />
