Learning objectives

AIM: acquire knowledge and practical skills to manage periodontal disease at a basic level.
The student at the end of the course should:
- have knowledge of periodontal diseases
- be competent at periodontal diagnosis
- have knowledge of non-surgical periodontal therapy

The course offers a critical appraisal of the scientific basis and operative procedures aimed at periodontal diagnosis and non-surgical therapy.
