Learning objectives

The course aims to provide basic training in Administrative Law and social services to students, as operators of social services, will have daily contact with public administrations.
The course therefore aims to provide students with the knowledge of the basic elements of matter, so that, as future social workers to be able to relate to Public Entities and private individuals.

Course unit content

The course aims to provide students with not only the basics of administrative law, in relation, for example, the procedure and the administrative measure, adequate knowledge in relation to the public service, the National Health Service, serving the school and social services . during the second part of the course will delve into the various aspects of social public services and how they are structured within our legal system, with particular reference to the protection of health, family, children and the disabled.

Teaching methods

The teaching will be carried out by the method of lectures, through the distribution of educational materials.

Assessment methods and criteria

The learning and the degree of preparation will be verified through oral tests.
