Theoretical lectures and exercises in the classroom. Group project

Assessment methods and criteria

The final exam consists of a written test, an exercise to the computer and a presentation of the project activity.
The written test is related to the evaluation of the theoretical and consists of a series of open and closed questions (theme).
The exercise is related to the computer using the application "Microsoft Project".
The project has as its object the application of one of the methods of analysis and organizational design to a concrete organizational case. the project is typically done in groups of two / three components.
