Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with the fundamentals of international law and a basic knowledge of the existing legal framework of certain sectors. In particular, at the end of the course, the student should be able to recognize, interpret and correctly apply the rules of international law both in the relations between states and within the national legal system.

- The codification of general international law.
- Law of Treaties.
- International responsibility.
- Settlement of disputes.
