Learning objectives

Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course the student knows the characteristics of sports training techniques and exercises to prevent the onset of diseases and compensate for the effects due to existing conditions

Applying knowledge and understanding
At the end of the course the student knows and uses the main training methods for the different motor skills and to improve performance.

Making judgements
At the end of the course the student is able to choose and use the main training methods to prevent the onset of diseases on the basis of individual performance for both the type of sport and according to age and gender.

Communication skills
the student must use technical terminology

Learning skills
the student must be able to summarize a brief technical text
