The required hourly commitment for physicians in training is the same as that for full-time National Health Service medical personnel, which is 38 hours per week. Final Examination: In order to obtain the residency degree, the trainee, after completing and passing the final year's examination, must take the final examination, which consists of the discussion of the residency thesis. The trainee proposes the topic of the thesis in a disciplinary scientific field among those provided for in the Teaching Regulations of the School of Specialization, consistent with the educational objectives of the School, under the guidance of a supervisor. The Commission's evaluation is expressed in fifty-fifths. The test is considered passed with a minimum grade of 30/50. In the case of a maximum grade, the Commission may grant honors upon unanimous decision.
