Learning objectives

<p>The course sets out to explore the content, and the underlying points of law, for some of the most important civil law contracts.</p>

Prerequisites

<p>In order to take the exam in Contract Law, students must have passed the following exams: Institutes of Private Law, and Institutes of Roman Law.</p>

Teaching methods

The course will be held during the second semester. <br />
The active participation of attending students is required, according to criteria that will be announced at the beginning of the course. <br />
The exam consists of an oral test which will cover all parts of the study programme. For attending students, the oral test may be preceded by a written test, whose form will be announced in due course. <br />
