Learning objectives

The course will provide students with the knowledge necessary for the study of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Also are examined some proeinases and related drugs.

Physico-chemical properties and biological activities of drugs. Convalent and non-covalent interactions. Lipophilicity . Proteinases. Bradykinin. Angiotensin. ACE inhibitors. AT1 antagonists.
