Learning objectives

The aim of the course is to give basic knowledge for the comprehension of causes and mechanisms of diseases at cellular and organ level. The correlation between tissue alterations (and/or control mechanisms) and organ functions will allow to face more complex pathologic processes.

Prerequisites

The comprehension of the matter requires a good knowledge of histology, anatomy, biochemistry and physiology.
