Course unit content

The course centres on the multiplicity of thematic and formal developments that characterize British literature in the modern and contemporary ages. Special attention is paid to the interconnections and continuities between literary manifestations from the Renaissance to the nineteenth century, on the one hand, and those proper to the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, on the other.
