Learning objectives
The course aims to present some recent contributions of sociology of law with regard to specific areas of intervention of social services, within the broader framework of social policies.
Course unit content
The course, after a general introduction, will be developed through the proposed thematic modules: social control and penal policies and prison, the rights of children and adolescents and the family setting, the rights of migrants and migration policies
