Learning objectives

The aim of the course is to present students with the tools needed to carry out good financial planning decisions, based on methodologies that help companies increase their growth and financial stability. The course is essentially intended to provide students with the main elements to address and assess financial enterprise decisions in order to increase enterprise value.

Course unit content

The course is on financial enterprise management. The topics, theoretical and operational/practical, range from defining an adequate policy on capital return to the basics required to measure and maximize enterprise value.
