Learning objectives

In-depth knowledge of early Christian literature, with particular reference to the treatment of the literary genres and to their evolution.

Course unit content

The course will focus on the evolution of Early Christian literary genres, in particular on the most peculiar features of the cultural, literary and theological process that led to the creation of the christian orthodoxy of the first centuries.
