Learning objectives
The workshop aims to develop the knowledge of the tools of the analysis of the Self and the application of these tools in professional context.
Prerequisites
Based knowledge of developmental psychology and of self construction processes.
Course unit content
The workshop will consider the assessment of the self in different children' ages. In particular different tools and experimental conditions will be considered.
Full programme
The laboratory provides a few hours of presentation of the most important tools of analysis of the self: self-recognition on the glass, questionnaires and narrative methods.
In the second part of the workshop will be analyzed some research papers and will be carried out individual works on the self narration.

Teaching methods
Lectures in order to facilitate the acquisition of the theory, and group and individual works in order to encourage the ability to apply this knowledge in the real life.
Assessment methods and criteria
Written examination: one open ended question designed to assess the knowledge and the ability to apply it to the real life.
