Learning objectives
The course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to Italian private law. Special attention will be paid to the legal subjects (natural persons and corporate persons), to the "amministrazione di sostegno" and to the legal aspects of family relations.

The Legal Effects of Marriage Termination. 8. Informal Family Relations. 9. Child custody; Property, Alimony and Child Support Awards.
